Adeel A. Shah is a successful business innovator and investor with experience in building cross national businesses via the United States, South Asia, and the Middle East and raising capital at an international scale. His work as varied from developing sustainable development focused dairy farms in Pakistan with US investors to securing funding and launching renewable energy projects in India. He has formulated and successfully executed strategic plans for international and domestic commercial firms. His relationships with investment banks, securities companies, and venture capital markets give him the capability to successfully fund companies at various stages of development. His recent projects include expanding VentureForce Global, a BPO and payroll venture, from the US and Pakistan to the Middle East. Adeel's in-depth industry knowledge and network allow him to develop and grow companies from incubation through public or M&A exits.

Irfan J. Shah has a diversified experience in Project Management, Information Technology and Marketing. Irfan has expertise in establishing Back Offices for various clients in USA, UAE, and Pakistan. Most recently, Irfan led a team of Project Managers, Chartered Accountants and Government-registered Tax Agents to establish the largest VAT-related services company in the UAE, which included hiring and mobilizing of a team of more than 150 Sales and Support Agents and more than 50 Qualified Accountants to successfully provide taxation-related services to more than 5,000 SMEs across UAE. He also managed Business Analysts to develop processes and played a pivotal role in establishing Technology infrastructure to support operations of the company. Currently, Irfan is managing a similar team to provide services to larger enterprises such as “Al-Ain Dairy” and “Al-Waseef Group of Companies”.
Possessing entrepreneurial personality, combined with strong decision-making, inter-personal communication and presentation skills, Irfan has been instrumental in success of various projects and marketing of solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning, Client Relationship Management, Document Management System, Assets Performance Management Systems and other Decision Support and Management Information Systems. Irfan has been actively involved in the implementation of Document Management System at Louis Berger Inc., a US-based company engaged in consultation of the New Islamabad Airport project.
Irfan is also associated with various non-profits and had worked in past with GMC-TIN (Asia/Pacific Secretariat) an initiative by Mr. Kofi Annan, the Secretary General of the United Nations. Irfan has been very active in promotion of this type of education by way of developing strategies, improvement in client servicing, customer acquisition strategies and conducting seminars, awareness workshops, presentations, etc. He has also been on the advisors list of the Director Strategic Alliances, GMC-TIN CCI' on various issues as well as promotion of technology-based training in Pakistan.
Irfan has served as a visiting faculty at different Universities where he taught IT subjects. Having Master’s Degree in Electronics, Irfan holds many certifications as well on his credit.
